What buyers ask most before they pay
No watch is shipped from the seller straight to you. The seller must send it to the company first, where our technicians verify its authenticity and check that its condition matches the listing. Only after it passes do we ship it on to you. If it fails, we cancel the order, refund you in full and return the watch to the seller.
Shock Shop Co., Ltd. (company registration 0905564001739) holds it — never the seller. The seller is not paid until 7 days after you have received the watch. That window exists so you can exercise your right to return it.
Credit and debit cards, at the same price as a bank transfer — we add no card surcharge. Payment is handled on Stripe’s own page; this website never sees or stores your card number.
We do, both ways — the leg from the seller to us for inspection, and the leg from us to you. The price on the listing is the amount you actually pay; no shipping is added at checkout.
Once you pay, the seller has 48 hours to send the watch to us. Our technicians then inspect it and we ship it on to you. You can follow every step under “My orders”. If the seller misses the deadline, we cancel the order and refund you in full.
It should not happen, because our technicians compare the watch against the listing and its photos before it ever ships. If it does, contact us immediately on 082-620-4442 or LINE @shockshop. The company is the seller of record to you and takes responsibility.
Only from watches that actually sold — both those sold through this platform and those the seller confirmed had sold through another channel. Asking prices and prices from other websites are never averaged in. A model with fewer than three completed sales shows no market price at all, because a figure from too small a sample misleads more than it helps.
From listing to money in your account
BEZKET accepts rare watches only, new or pre-owned: limited editions, collaborations, special colourways, anniversary models, regional exclusives and discontinued models. You choose what makes the watch rare when you list it. Models still sold in regular retail are not approved.
Listing is free. No listing fee, no membership fee, and nothing at all if it does not sell. We take our margin only on a completed sale.
The standard rate today is 10% of your asking price (some sellers have their own rate). You do not have to work it out: when you enter a price while listing, the system shows the exact amount in baht that you will receive, before you confirm. That figure is net — nothing else is deducted.
We transfer to your registered bank account within 7 days of the buyer receiving the watch. The wait exists in case the buyer exercises their right to return it.
Within 48 hours of the order. We pay the shipping, so it costs you nothing. Miss the deadline and we may cancel the order, refund the buyer and record the failure against your account. Repeated failures can suspend your right to list.
Three are required — the dial straight on showing the whole watch, the side showing the case edge and the strap, and the case back with the model code clearly readable. Add a fourth for the box and papers if you have them. The case back matters most: it is the photo our technicians compare the model code against.
The model code only, such as GA-110-1B. Do not repeat the brand, and leave out marketing words. The model code is the key we use to group market prices and to build the model pages. If what you type does not qualify, the system warns you while you are typing and shows what it will save.
Yes. There are six condition levels, from “new in box” down to “fair” and “vintage”. Just pick the one that is true and describe the marks fully, because our technicians check the watch against your listing when it arrives. Honest listings sell; overstated ones get sent back.
You can edit or delete it at any time, but every edit sends the listing back into our review queue before it reappears on the site.
Because we must know who to pay, keep our accounting and tax records correct, and keep stolen or illegal goods out of the platform. Normally we only need your name, phone number and a photo of your bank account page in the same name — no national ID, unless the watch is priced above THB 20,000. You do it once and it lasts, and buyers never see this information.
No. Buyers see only your first name and the initial of your surname, and never your phone number or address.
With the Google, Facebook or LINE account you already have — no new password. You do not need an account to browse, only to buy or to list.
Yes, fully. You can also choose “Add to Home Screen” to run it like an app. There is an Android app on Google Play as well — same account, same data on both.
By phone on 082-620-4442 (office line, open every day 09:00–19:00 Thailand time) or on LINE at @shockshop at any time. We also have a physical shop at 586 Phetkasem Road, Hat Yai, Songkhla 90110, Thailand.
